3D Work

This collection is to showcase all 3D work that I have completed, this would include environments, weapons, characters and individual props.

Cyberpunk Environment

This environment was created as part of my final major game project Neon Howl, using techniques of modularity with the building assets, trimsheets and texture atlases. Other methods used were cube maps to create false interiors. Taking inspiration from media of the same genre such as Cyberpunk 2077 & Blade Runner, with images that pay homage to the respective titles.

Subway Environment

This is the environment and assets made as part of BioTect, many of the assets were inspired by futuristic themes with one of the main benchmarks being the subgenre biopunk which had a focus on consequences of extreme biotechnology.

Fantasy Weapons

For one project during my second year I was tasked with creating a collection of assets that could be placed in an exhibit-like environment that was meant to be worked on collaboratively with other peers. However, due to the change in direction for this, it was changed to individual work to compile professionally made assets that could be used for portfolio work.

Weapon assets were made using Autodesk Maya, each weapon had taken inspiration from the Darksiders series.

Electric Overlord - Zombie Weapon

For my first year of my course I was tasked with creating a makeshift weapon that was a combination of different items, similar to weapon combos that could be made in Dead Rising. The weapon concept I created was a lamp stand with knives taped to the sides of a broken bulb and rigged with a car battery.

The weapon was made with 3DS Max
Textures were made using Substance Painter
